Horrific support

Tech Level: high - Ownership: more than 1 year
- Pros: Worked for a little over 2 years
- Cons: Failed and repeatedly I have tried to get in touch with them (Including faxing in the form over two weeks ago) and yet I hear nothing from them.
- Other Thoughts: Better support would make them a more trustworthy company. I will never purchase their memory again for myself or any of my customers.
